Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the cart you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment.
Payment terms are stated in the cart depending on the chosen payment method.

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret. The withdrawal period begins to run on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. Delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated at each item.
If you have selected postage for shipping, your goods will remain in the postoffice, for a couple of weeks. Unpaid goods are returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fee and other costs.
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not by postage. In case of change, we will pay the new freight from us to you.
